Stop leaving money on the table.
Most facilities do not have a clear view of which sessions are full, which ones are underperforming, and where bookable time is being wasted.
Centraly ties schedule, bookings, payments, credits, check-in, and repeat visits together so you can see what is actually driving revenue.
You should know which sessions convert first-timers into repeat customers, which blocks are profitable, and where to make the next schedule change.
Watch the 50-second overviewSee which sessions are working and which need attention.
See fill rate, repeat visits, and revenue by session. Centraly shows which blocks need a schedule change or customer follow-up while there is still time to act.

Roster, waivers, payment
One view for the session.
Every session is a roster with payment status, waiver status, membership context, and household notes attached. Staff can work the desk without jumping between tabs.
Waivers are the sharp edge here: if one is missing or expired, check-in stays blocked until it's signed: at the desk, at the kiosk, or from a link.

Ice operations
Find resurfacing time in the schedule.
Centraly checks each surface's schedule for gaps long enough for a run. It applies operating hours, run length, booking buffers, and the venue's resurfacer limit.
Open a recommendation to see the available time, skating since the last cut, next session, and expected skaters. Approve it, move it, or dismiss it. Approved runs appear on the operator board.

Connect the systems around your rink.
Take payments through Stripe, share schedules with calendar feeds, and put passes in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Moving to Centraly
Move without stopping the rink.
For supported systems, Centraly can bring over a full snapshot, refresh it with recent activity while your team keeps working, and rehearse the move in a private copy before launch.
- Start with a full copy Bring over approved households, bookings, balances, waivers, and other supported records.
- Keep both systems in step Repeat imports bring over recent changes while staff continue using the current system.
- Rehearse, check, then cut over Compare record counts and financial totals, resolve gaps, then bring over the final changes during a short quiet window.
Security and accessibility
Built to handle day to day facility operations.
Role-based access, private records, and accessible workflows are part of the operating standard, not optional extras.
Venue data stays scoped
Tenant boundaries and role-based permissions limit access to the right facility and staff.
Payments and documents stay protected
Stripe-hosted card entry keeps card data off Centraly servers. Signed waivers stay in private storage.
