Centraly Sports is operated by BladeApps Corp. ("Centraly," "we," "us," or "our"). Centraly provides scheduling, registrations, waivers, billing, communications, administrative tools, mobile access, and related services for sports facilities and venues.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use Centraly websites, applications, APIs, mobile apps, administrative tools, and related services.
We collect account and contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, organization affiliation, staff roles, coach profiles, and authentication data.
We collect household, skater, registration, roster, lesson, league, package, waiver, attendance, check-in, and facility-use information that users or venues enter into Centraly.
We collect billing and transaction information needed to process registrations, packages, subscriptions, failed-payment follow-up, refunds, credits, receipts, and reconciliation. Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are processed by Stripe and are not stored on Centraly servers.
We collect uploaded files and generated records, including signed waiver PDFs, coach insurance documents, branding assets, campaign assets, photos, and related metadata.
We collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser information, session cookies, security logs, audit logs, page or feature interactions, timestamps, and error diagnostics.
We use personal information to provide and secure the service, create and manage accounts, route users to the correct tenant or venue, process registrations and payments, support waivers and rosters, send operational communications, support staff workflows, provide customer support, detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve Centraly.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve features, and report high-level trends. We do not use household, skater, waiver, or payment records to train public AI models.
We disclose information to the venue or organization responsible for the account, registration, roster, lesson, league, waiver, package, purchase, or staff workflow. Venue administrators and authorized staff may access information according to their roles and permissions.
We disclose information to service providers that help operate Centraly, including hosting, database, storage, email delivery, payment processing, authentication, analytics or diagnostics, support, and security vendors. These providers may process information only for business purposes connected to Centraly.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, venues, Centraly, or others, to enforce our terms, to investigate security incidents, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information. Based on the current product design, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out controls.
Centraly uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, tenant routing, security, preferences, checkout, and application functionality. The public Centraly marketing site also uses Google Analytics only when a visitor accepts analytics through the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral tracking in the current product configuration.
Visitors can accept or reject marketing-site analytics without affecting essential application features. They can change that choice later through the Cookie preferences control in the public site footer. If Centraly adds advertising or cross-context tracking, we will update this notice and provide any additional required controls before launch.
This section applies to California residents and is intended to address California privacy notice expectations when Centraly or a venue using Centraly is subject to those laws.
Categories of personal information collected may include identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, geolocation at a general location level, audio or visual content users upload, professional or employment-related information for staff and coaches, sensitive account-login information, and inferences needed for operational reporting.
Sources include users, households, staff, coaches, venue administrators, payment processors, authentication providers, communications providers, devices and browsers, and operational logs. Purposes include the service purposes described in this policy.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Centraly does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Centraly, support venue operations, comply with legal, tax, payment, audit, dispute, and safety obligations, preserve security, and honor deletion requests where legally available.
Centraly is not intended for children under 13 to create accounts on their own. Household accounts should be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. Venues may collect skater information from parents, guardians, or authorized staff for registration, waiver, roster, safety, and facility operations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.
We retain information according to the operational, legal, payment, waiver, audit, and security purposes for which it was collected. Venues may also have their own retention obligations for rosters, waivers, incidents, and billing records.
To request access, correction, deletion, export, or another privacy action, contact the venue responsible for your household or account, or contact Centraly at privacy@bladeapps.io. We may need to verify your identity and may direct venue-controlled records to the applicable venue administrator.
You can initiate account deletion in the Centraly mobile app under Account, Account access, Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the dedicated account deletion request page.
